HOME IN WINTER - Glencoe Illinois- Illustration - Home Portrait

Wow, what a surprise! I was scrolling down the blogroll on StyleCourt and randomly clicked on your blog. I saw this lovely watercolor and thought, this looks like a house I often drive by in neighboring Glencoe. Imagine the look on my face when I read the caption! I believe this house is on one of those east-west streets just a bit north of Scott in Winnetka and just a few blocks west of Skokie Country Club. Am I correct? Do you have a personal connection to this home or were you just drawn to it, as I am. The porch is fantastic and makes it so inviting. You've really captured it -- I look forward to scrolling down and viewing more of your work. Thank you.
