Pink Sky At Night- Pacific Coast Highway view at right after sunset

I took a mental note of this while driving down Pacific Coast Highway between Santa Barbara and Malibu - then once home I was able to paint it.
I love sailing and a sky like this would predict a great day of sailing.

Koi at Play by Diane Bronstein

This was done at a KOI Pond in Laguna Beach -- the fish are hard to paint since they are so active, So I take several photos and paint from them. Most of my work is done on site so that I can get a better feel for the subject, but with these beautiful creatures this is the only way I can paint them.
The painting is 8 1/4" x 11 1/2"
This painting is an original and not a giclee.  If you are interested in purchasing it please contact me at LifeStylesDefined@mac.com
The purchase price is  $500.

Koi #2 by Diane Bronstein

This is a giclee of a koi painting I did a short while ago. The print has been painted over by me to give it a new look and feel.
The painting is signed on the back and the front. The Koi is on a 12" x 12" streched canvas that is one inch deep - the canvas wraps around the strecher bars so that it does not need to be framed. This painting is part of a series and is for sale for $300.

Dream Sailing

This painting was done from my imagination. It is of a sailboat getting lost in the fog but still light and airy.
It is done on the finest of watercolor paper FABRINO - you can see the watermark on the paper.....
